This is The Julius Shulman Framed View Museum; original Julius Shulman work will be displayed at all times. Work by other photographers would also be displayed. This is not the just an ordinary museum because the design behind this project was very much influenced by Shulman’s work. The main space within this museum acts as a gallery in which Shulmans work is displayed. This is where the Influence of his work really shows. The Shulman Gallery's Floor plates are not the same. each one is different and has its own propose. An interesting feature is that the floor plates taper to the flow of the art. It is continuously going which moves the eyes of the viewer to them. This is a very good example of how Shulman’s Photos work. They move you to where he wants you too look. Now do to have different floor plates at different heights it gives the feeling that you are in an open space, having the ability to see where you want to go, and also the ability to see the art in a different way. This space is design to make a person body more to the earth. This museum is located on the top of the Culver city stairs. This area has an amazing 360 view of Los Angeles. This is the reason why each floor is different from each other. When walking on each floor you would be able to see different views of the city. When walk to the top level of the gallery there is an opening in which you would be able to see airplanes lined up to land. This is one of the explain of how this museum captors the framed view.
